I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels but have never been anywhere with such a warm welcome and that is so dog-friendly. The whole team are lovely and could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. The castle itself is a lovely place with some surprising features. We would not hesitate to recommend Otterburn Castle and will definitely visit again.

Staff very friendly and great customer service. My room was perfect, one of the best sleeps I've ever had. Breakfast was very nice worth the price. Would absolutely stay again.
